Our company realized the first production of radiotherapy machines in Turkey with TR Cobalt-60 Teletheraphy Machine and AC Sim X-Ray Simulator.
TR Cobalt-60 machine which contains Cobalt-60 radioactive source is a teletherapy machine. Gamma radiation which is necessary for treatment is produced by Cobalt-60 radioactive isotope. TR Cobalt-60 has computer control system. With this opportunity patient information and treatment parameters can be recorded and verified as digital information. Machine state parameters and patient plans can be shown on the same screen on different tables. TR Cobalt-60 with moving beam stopper makes the measurement easy with water phantom by physics engineers.
TR Cobalt-60 scissors system structure couch provides more stability. There are hand control both sides of the machine. Source mechanism is pneumatic and machine has a second safety system for emergency conditions which is motorized so machine is much safer for your safety.

Our company realized the first production of radiotherapy machines in Turkey with TR Cobalt-60 Teletheraphy Machine and AC Sim X-Ray Simulator.
While treatment planning it provides field size simulation and beam simulation. It's harmonious with Cobalt-60 and linac machines movements. Controlling AC Sim by using touch panel is much easier. User friendly program informs user about any misuse by writing the error warning. AC Sim carbonfiber couch and scissors system structure makes couch more stable and useful.

Auto Beam Selection and Aperture Based Optimization features are also included. WIMRT TPS makes radiation treatment planning and communications simple, easy and seamless for the dosimetrist, physicist and radiation oncologist.

Automatic Contour Delineation

Automatic delineation of critical organs, such as skin, lungs, spinal cord, liver, kidneys, eyes, etc. may be selected to dramatically reduce the time and effort required of the radiation treatment planner. Manual or a combination of manual and automatic contour delineation can also be used.

Automatic Image Fusion

3D image fusion of CT, MRI and PET images is easy with WiMRT TPS.
The user only needs to identify the image data sets to be fused and the system will automatically complete the fusion.

Simple, Easy and Accurate

Both the 3D full scatter convolution algorithm for photon beam calculations and the 3D pencil beam algorithm for electron calculations offers fast dose calculations. Adding beams from the standard beam library or a user defined template beam library along with the automatic definition of the target isocenter makes WiMRT TPS accurate as well as simple and easy to use.

IRIS, a dynamic imaging radioscopic system with a high level of contrast and sensitivity, is used in cancer therapy to monitor the patient’s position during treatment with external beams.
IRIS improves the quality of the treatment and allows more accurate visualization for localization of the treatment area.
IRIS is independent from the accelerator builders. It is compact, can easily be integrated in any standard medical linear accelerator equipment and improves its performances. It produces, in real-time, up to 10 images per second, with a 16-bit resolution readout. IRIS uses a large area pixel matrix with a sensitive surface of 20 cm x 20 cm or 41 cm x 41 cm based on a solid state amorphous silicon detector.
The excellent quality of the images enables on-line identification and correction of small shifts of the treatment field and real-time monitoring of internal organ movements. As a result, the risk of irradiating healthy tissues diminishes and the treatment efficiency increases.
IRIS enables on-line mapping of the exit dose and recording of the delivered dose from one session to another. The high speed and quality of images make possible on–line beam modulation, collimator control and fast position adjustment. IRIS ensures quality control for IMRT.
The images are directly displayed on the PC monitor and archived in a digital form thanks to IRIS-View, a very userfriendly image processing software. Telemedicine is made possible: the medical information can be transferred through PACS or Internet networks.
